Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)

GWLF is a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). An assessment, taken online, (125 questions) provides an inventory for an individual and/or team on diversity of thought. This tool is incredibly powerful for expansion of innovative and agile thinking.

Once the assessment is completed online, results are delivered to individuals and/or teams onsite, via video chat, or in person. Strategies for increasing diversity of thought, more effective communication, and "stretching the rubber band" in possibility thinking are provided by GWLF.
