Courageous Conversations
Courageous Leadership Conversations is a platform for addressing the ever-changing circumstances for contemporary leaders. In 2020, the focus was on COVID-19, discussing remote work environments, balancing work/life from home, and communicating through chaos. Shortly after the series began, George Floyd's murder by a white police officer drove intense conversations about race, bias, and privilege.
